(1) Grant of Permission: I, the undersigned Property Owner, hereby grant the Photographer and their representatives, agents, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to enter and photograph the interior and exterior of the property located at the above-mentioned address.

(2) Usage Rights: The Photographer is granted the absolute right and permission to use, reuse, publish, and republish the photographs in any media for any purpose, including but not limited to, advertising, promotion, editorial, and commercial purposes.

(3) Alterations: The Photographer is granted the right to alter and modify the photographs without restriction.

(4) Compensation: The Property Owner acknowledges and agrees that they will receive no monetary compensation for the grant of these rights.

(5) Release and Discharge: The Property Owner hereby releases and discharges the Photographer and their representatives, agents, and assigns from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, including but not limited to, any claims for
