AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES

(BUSINESS CONSULTING)

СОГЛАШЕНИЕ О ПРЕДОСТАВЛЕНИИ УСЛУГ

(БИЗНЕС – КОНСУЛЬТИРОВАНИЕ) 

СOMPANY 1 LIMITED, in the person of the Director ___, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, on the one part,

and 

СOMPANY 2 INC., in the person of _______, acting on the basis of _______, hereinafter referred to as the “Consultant”, on the other part,

hereinafter the “Parties”,

have entered into the present Agreement on the following.

ФИРМА 1ЛИМИТЕД, в лице Директора __________, действующего на основании Устава, именуемое в дальнейшем «Компания», с одной стороны, 

и

ФИРМА 2 ИНК., в лице ______, действующего на основании _______, именуемое в дальнейшем «Консультант», с другой стороны,

далее «Стороны»,

заключили настоящее Соглашение о нижеследующем.

1. The Consultant assumes obligations to supply the Company with services stipulated as follows:

to arrange world ________ market trend analysis and  provide the Company with information on markets conditions and potential and provide the consultations on trade and economic matters relating to the ______ products sales and price market as well as give business advices concerning matters of the Company’s financial policy

and the Company shall accept and pay for the services supplied to extent and within time limits corresponding to this Agreement terms and conditions.

1. Консультант принимает на себя обязательство предоставить Компании следующие услуги:

провести анализ тенденций мирового рынка ____, проинформировать Компанию о рыночных условиях и потенциале рынка и проконсультировать по торгово-экономическим вопросам в отношении цен на ____ и сбыта данной продукции, а также предоставить бизнес - консультации по вопросам финансовой политики Компании

а Компания обязуется[ENDE DER VORSCHAU]
